1. Who we are

We Love Car Leasing Ltd ("we", "us") operates welovecar.co.uk and introduces car-lease enquiries to FCA-regulated leasing brokers ("Partners"). We are an introducer only — we do not arrange, provide or advise on finance.

2. What the service does

When you submit a quote request, we share your details with one of our vetted Partners so they can prepare a personalised quote and contact you. We are paid a fixed fee per introduction by the Partner that receives your enquiry, regardless of whether you go on to lease a vehicle.

3. Your information

By submitting the form you agree that we may share the details you provide with one Partner from our panel for the purpose of preparing a quote and contacting you. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@welovecar.co.uk.

4. No advice

Prices shown on the site are indicative and subject to status, availability, credit approval and Partner terms. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, tax or legal advice.

5. Limitation of liability

We do not accept liability for the acts or omissions of any Partner. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited to £100.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
